For over 2 decades the winning formula at Chef Kenac Productions has been its creativeness...attention to detail.. organization skills and dedication. Of course the glue that brings it all together is their unrelenting passion. In our food division we were the first to be contacted in person by the Starbucks Corporation located in Seattle Washington to produce their first line of signature sandwiches and salads for all the tri- area stores.
Another highlight was being contacted by the U.S. government's armed forces to help prepare and distribute meals to U.S. forces being trained in Maryland prior to being deployed for an Iraqi campaign under former president George Bush. It was an honor to be tapped for this important special assignment.
Chef Kenac Productions is also involved in D.C.'S growing night life entertainment and special events...this segment requires great skills both in food preparation, set up and the delegating of authority in managing of these special events.
